LINCOLN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE REPORT WEEK ENDING APRIL 13

LINCOLN COUNTY – Last Week, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted 69 traffic stops, 32 security checks, and there were six calls involving cars hitting deer. There were 11 reports of unsafe driving.

On Wednesday April 9th, a deputy on patrol pulled over a driver near Birchwood Ave and N 4ths in Tomahawk for not having a valid driver’s license. Upon making contact with the 44-yr-old male driver from Tomahawk the deputy also learned he was wanted by the Adam’s County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Lincoln County Jail.
