MERRILL – The City of Merrill Board of Public Works held their monthly meeting on Wednesday, February 26th. Under Consideration were two bids for city street enhancements. The State Street Reconstruction Project was awarded to Jake’s Excavating & Landscaping LLC, who came in with the low bid. The Water St Resurfacing Project was awarded to American Asphalt of Wisconsin also coming in with the low bid.
