On Wednesday night, Merrill Senior High School’s scholarships and awards were announced, during a live ceremony from the High School Auditorium. The presentation was hosted by Principal Trisha Detert, who was joined on stage by School Superintendent Shannon Murray, MAPS President Kevin Blake and Scholarship Coordinator Kasie Holt. Merrill High School will hold its 141st Commencement exercises on Friday, May 24th at 6PM in the High School Field House. Doors will open at 5PM. 189 Graduates will receive their diplomas at this year’s graduation ceremonies, with 85 of those graduating receiving gold tassels, and 87 moving on to higher education.
