ONE PERSON EJECTED IN TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN TOWN OF SCOTT
Early Monday morning, Merrill Fire Engine-61, Med-63 and Med-62 responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident at County Road K & River Ave in the Town of Scott. While they were en route, Dispatch reported that one person had been ejected.
As crews arrived, they came upon a Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy holding spinal immobilization. The medical crew triaged and assessed patients on scene. One patient was treated and transported directly to Aspirus Wausau Hospital emergent.
The driver of the other vehicle declined medical evaluation and signed a refusal form. No extrication was needed.
