LINCOLN COUNTY EDC ECONOMIC SUMMIT SET FOR NEXT TUESDAY AT THE MERRILL EXPO CENTER
Next Tuesday April 28th, The Lincoln County Economic Development Corporation is preparing will host its 2026 Economic Summit, bringing the event back to Merrill after last year’s gathering in Tomahawk. This year’s summit will center on the theme “Energizing the Small Business Spirit,” with a full day of programming focused on strengthening local enterprises and boosting economic growth across the region.
Executive Director Sara Guild says the event is aimed at encouraging collaboration among businesses and community leaders, while laying the groundwork for long-term economic stability throughout Lincoln County and neighboring areas. She shared that more than 100 people have already registered, however there still some seats available including half-day, full-day, and group options.
Reports from civic leaders, industry representatives, and economic specialists will headline the morning session, while the afternoon frame will offer the opportunity for participants to engage in interactive marketing sessions.
A presentation focusing on community-driven growth in small towns will close the summit, targeting taking ideas and turning them into action.
