MERRILL FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT, WEEK ENDING MARCH 22
The Merrill Fire Department responded to 43 calls last week, bringing the total for 2026 to 513. There were 37 EMS calls.
There was a structure fire on W 10th Street on Friday that was confined to a cooking appliance. While there was brief evidence of fire, it quickly subsided. All occupants at the residence were safely evacuated.
