Lincoln County Humane Society Assists in Second Animal Rescue at Same Property
The Lincoln County Humane Society is once again assisting with an animal rescue at a Lincoln County property where animals were removed about a year ago. Earlier this week, shelter staff worked alongside local law enforcement to remove 19 cats and kittens and one dog from the home. Additional animals are still being recovered. Humane Society officials describe animal hoarding as a complicated and often emotional issue.
