River Bend Trail Extension Connects Merrill to Council Grounds
Merrill residents and visitors have a new stretch of paved trail to explore following the completion of an extension connecting the River Bend Trail directly to Council Grounds. The addition brings the paved route to approximately five miles, improving connections between the state park area on Merrill’s west side and destinations toward the east side of the city. The trail offers walkers and bicyclists another way to travel through the community while enjoying the outdoors.
